Return Policy
We are happy to accept eligible returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Step 1:
Verify that your purchase is eligible for return.
Eligible:
- Packaged consumables such as dry food, freeze-dried food, raw foods, supplements, shampoos, and treats in their original packaging with a minimum of 75% of their contents remaining.
- Unused and in new condition toys, leashes, collars, harnesses, beds and home goods in their original packaging.
Ineligible:
- Opened single use items like individual canned food, supplement packets, wrapped individual bulk treats, single poop bag rolls, individual pouches, bakery items, trial size items
- Unwrapped bulk items
- Used and unsellable accessories, home goods, toys, grooming tools or clothing.
- Pet food and other consumables that are not in their original packaging.
- Cat litter
- Seasonal and Clearance Items
Step 2:
Contact by phone call at (760) 436-1226, Monday through Friday, between 10am and 4pm or email us any time at [email protected] using the subject “returns” to schedule your return.
Step 3:
Bring your returned items to Pupologie 123 N. El Camino Real, Encinitas, CA 92024 on your scheduled return date.
Step 4:
Receive your refund or exchange. Some refunds may take up to five bank days to process.
REFUND POLICY: Items purchased with cash will be refunded in store credit. Items purchased with a credit card will be refunded on the card on which original purchase was made.
